YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SITE AND/OR THOSE SERVICES.

Although City Fingerprinting attempts to ensure the integrity and accurateness of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site. It is possible that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties. In the event that an inaccuracy arises, please inform NYC Fingerprinting so that it can be corrected.

4. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is entered into in the State of New York and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, exclusive of its choice of law roles. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of NY in the State of NY, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys' fees. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled. NYC Fingerprints may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site entitled "Legal Notices" or "Legal Information" (or similar title) before the modification takes effect.

City Fingerprinting NY Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your appointment in writing via email to cityfingerprint@gmail.com with a minimum of 24 hour notice prior to your appointment. 

This refund only applies when you prepay for your appointment whether online, in person or on the telephone. Should you not be able to cancel, and you just happen to miss the appointment and do not show up, City Fingerprinting will extend a courtesy 30 day credit which will enable you to not lose your deposit.

After 30 days, should no rescheduling occur the appointment deposit will be then forfeited by you and will no longer be available for  refund or credit. 

Once your fingerprints have been completed, there will be NO REFUNDS provided.

The refundable deposit collected at the time you make your schedule your appointment, is required to secure the reservation for your fingerprinting appointment and will be credited to your final invoice once service has been completed.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the office via email (cityfingerprint@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and City Fingerprinting NY will gladly refund your deposit (minus a 4% customer service fee) which will cover the cancellation of your appointment.

Thank you for your business 

Refunds, minus a processing fee (usually 4%) will be refunded if cancellation of appointment is received via email 24 hours prior to your scheduled fingerprinting time.
